Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute towards the growth of our company. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and eager to drive impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis.
Lead Engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions for potential clients.
Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to maintain strong engagement with leads.
Account Management and Post-Sales Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships to foster repeat business.
Industry Representation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
Tender related work
Coordinate with sales consultants to identify and track relevant tenders.
Assist in creating and submitting required documents for tender applications to ensure timely and competitive participation.
Prior knowledge of tender related work is a plus.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with technical background, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (preferably in technology or AI-based industries).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and competitive environment.
Other: Passion for technology and innovation, with an understanding of AI and related solutions being a bonus.
